About a lounge Sofa

An iconic piece of the design world, the sofa is a must-have piece of furniture in every interior. Choosing a design sofa is the assurance of a quality piece of furniture possessing a unique aesthetic value.

After the famous «About A Chair» chair, the designer Hee Welling developed, for Hay, his collection with the «About A Lounge» sofa. With its vintage style, the latter is inspired by the Nordic design of the 1950s. Its subtle retro look works wonderfully with modern or more classic interiors.

The wraparound polyurethane shell is fully upholstered and covered with a beautiful light gray virgin wool Kvadrat fabric that is very soft to the touch. The natural oak underframe fully complements the rest of the sofa to provide refined seating.

Alone or in combination with other products in the collection such as the «About A Lounge» armchair, the «About A Lounge»sofa will fit naturally into any event or living room space, whether in a lounge area or a VIP area.
